Refund policy

1. Return Window
We want you to love Cup'a, so we offer a 60-day return period from the day your order arrives.

To help you get the best possible experience, we recommend using the product consistently for at least 3 months before deciding. Many customers report results during this period.

Please note: opened or partially used supplements cannot be returned.
This ensures the safety, quality, and effectiveness of all Cup'a products.

If your item is opened, our support team may ask how long you used the product and provide guidance to help you get the best possible results.

2. Eligible Returns
To qualify for a return and partial refund:

The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
All labels and seals must be intact.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Cup'a does not provide return labels.
Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

4. Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
Contact us within 48 hours if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Provide clear photos and your order details.
We will review the issue and provide return instructions if the return is approved.

Even in these cases, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless local law requires otherwise.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Opened or partially used supplements
Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
Sale items
Gift cards

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, return the unopened product for a partial refund and place a new order for the desired product.

7. EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
EU customers may cancel or return unopened products within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

Returned items must:
Be in original condition
Be unopened and unused
Include proof of purchase

Refunds are subject to the Cup'a 50% refund policy below.

8. Refund Amount
Refunds are limited to 50% of the original purchase price for eligible returns.
Refunds are issued only for unopened products or items returned due to Cup'a’s proven fault.

Once received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Bank or credit card processing times may take additional time.

9. Allergic Reactions (Procedure)

If you suspect an allergic reaction, please follow the steps below:

Provide personal and order details: your full name, order number, and product name.
Submit a clear picture of the product with the batch code clearly visible.
Detail the reaction: timing, symptoms, and whether medical care was sought.

If you sought medical attention, kindly provide details of the health professional or establishment involved.

We may request further evidence, such as a doctor’s letter or photographic proof, to support your claim.

10. Why This Policy Exists
Your safety and results are our priority. Supplements cannot be resold once opened, and returning used products could compromise quality and safety. Our policy helps protect you, other customers, and the integrity of Cup'a products, while offering refunds for valid issues.
